This is really terrible. What fucking cunt… Madge, if there’s anyway I can help, let me know. Unfortunately I have no family members or friends in Florida or I’d be trying to work something out. I think you’re doing the right thing by just ignoring that bitch until someone who actually has authority says something (which hopefully won’t happen).
