The reason Americans refuse to support universal healthcare and, in fact, pay twice as much as those countries with universal healthcare, is the same reason that they support the most massive corporate welfare state on earth: they are racist and don’t want the disenfranchised blacks and Mexicans to get ANYTHING for “free.” Full disclosure: Though born and raised in America, I now live in a country with a free and colour-blind health care system.

The reason why Americans refuse to vote for a universal health care system and, in fact, almost insist on paying twice as much for what a Harvard University study calls inadequate ‘health care’ insurance not worth having, is the same reason that Americans endorse the biggest corporate welfare state in history: they are racist and will do ANYTHING, include destroy the future of their own children and pay through their nose for that destruction, in order to keep blacks, Mexicans and Arabs from getting anything for ‘free.’ As long as a few white guys are benefitting and using their corporate welfare to wage war on said dark skinned people, then angry Nascar whitey feels better about his obese, precarious existence because as least he has the same skin colour as the ‘chosen ones.’

Loved the way the blubber lady was asked to recognize sounds. She guessed the goat but when Madge played the distinctive sound of a clock ticking, she said “it’s a bomb”. It’s a bomb? No it’s a clock! Shees. I feel so sorry for you americans. I’m so happy I don’t live in the US.

No way is Best Buy owned by Squall*Mart… Best Buy is its own top-level firm, not owned by anyone else. Best Buy in turn owns Future Shop, Magnolia Audio Video and Geek Squad, and also an outlet store on eBay.
