Don’t Fly Delta Airlines

Delta Airlines is HORRIBLE. Their customer support is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. My luggage has been in Miami (where I am) for the past 24 hours yet Delta is incapable of delivering it to me as promised.

Engrain it in your memory:

    We all flew Delta from Atlanta to Seattle this summer and didn’t have a problem, but of course it was a couple of weeks before the hairgel bomber dealio. Oddly enough we had the exact same flight attendents both directions.

    First – As a Delta Customer Cervice agent I would like to apologize.

    Secondly – If you experience was that terrible you really should call Delta Customer Service and ask for some sort of resolution. Be it that you luggage is delivered or a travel voucher for future travel. I do know that there are good people in our company and I feel that you may have just got a bad apple in the bunch.

      Well I’m glad that someone contacted me as a result of this bad publicity. However, nobody has replied to my emails. In fact nobody at Delta initiated any contact with me. In fact, every single one of the half dozen or more delta employees I spoke with yesterday was a bad apple.

      Everyone apologized. That’s nice, but I wanted my luggage. I ended up having to contact the contracted delivery agent myself, via CELL PHONE in order to finally have my luggage delivered at 1AM at a residence. It was promised about 30 hours earlier.

      What a mess your company is. Travel voucher? I don’t think so. I’d rather pay double for a carrier that actually can empathise with its customers.

      The in-air staff were fantastic, I have to say, but the people behind the scenes suck more then Anna Nicole Smith at a Senior Citizen’s home.

      I am going though the same experience. Delta lost my luggage on Aug 10th, from Atlanta to Rome, and I had no clothes for a 12 day cruise. I have been getting all sorts of explainations, of which I have kept all the e-mails from the different reps. and as far as I can see they have been all lies to pacify me. No one seems to know where the luggage is, even though the rep before would say it was in a certain airport and would be forwarded. I have to fill out a claim, but what I really want is my luggage with things that are irreplaceable in it.

    the place where everything is fucked and you have about as much chanse of getting an inteligent presedent as you do getting hit by an airliner while hanglieding lol

    and madge be thankfull that u didnt fly with scotish airways or what its called we flew from basel to scotland and ouer bagadge was sent to jamaica then back to squitzterdland and then one and a half weeks later to scottland tith a broken lether handle and we didnt get any money but we hat to buy new stuff

    at leaest it wasnt sent to chicago lmao
