I don’t know if this is a rental apartment. I don’t think they can force the dog out. I believe they actually have to serve you a 14-day notice to quit THEN they have to go through with eviction which takes forever and will be nullified when the dog is gone. If it is a condo, then do you have the bylaws for the condo? Rules should be spelled out.
Annother thing. Is Chauncer a pure-bred? Many pure-bred dog groups have foster care volunteers who can help by taking him in temporarily. Please let me know how it goes? I will email if I can think of anything else.

Crash and I are in Orlando and we live in a 600 sq ft condo, but we wish we could help. Our condo has a weight limit too, but luckily no one has complained about Morgan yet. I would just tie that lady up and stick her in a closet. She seems to be the only one who has a problem.
