Really like the Auntie Vera, especially when you abuse her! Its funny when you were amazed when one listenturd said they had been listening since a certain chinless podcasturd was on your show… I’ve been here since then as well! It can’t believe I’ve been listening to you pretty much every morning for the past four years! Yikes…
BTW I’ve been listening to Rachel Kann’s podcast and she sounds really sad and emo (more than usual), you should give her a call and cheer her up. You guys are so great together.

A bill needs to be passed by both the House and the Senate. If the two bills differ, it goes to a conference committee to hash out a compromise. Once a uniform bill is passed by both the House and the Senate, it goes to the president for signature (or veto). The House FISA bill doesn’t include telecomm immunity and, so far, the House is standing firm. I’m sure they’ll cave eventually, though.
